Nature of the Service

Pine County Released Inmates is a private reference site with no official authority. It stores no government records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

Its pages point toward Pine County jail and release resources, Minnesota DOC information, federal locators, and outside research tools. Public Minnesota agency data may be classified under the Government Data Practices Act, including Minnesota Statutes section 13.03; the agency holding the record decides access under current law.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, services, or systems.

• Do not violate any law through use of the site.
• Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate another person.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or connected systems.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or other automated extraction tools.
• Do not interfere with access or service for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do the site's advertising partners. You agree not to use information reached here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose covered by the FCRA

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal-help resources, and outside search tools. A link does not endorse the destination. We are not responsible for its content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or availability. Review the destination's own rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and connected functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• The absence of errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• The scope or quality of a search partner's results

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by Pine County, a sheriff, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pine County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site or linked services.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Content

Text, original graphics, logos, and code belong to Pine County Released Inmates or the relevant content partner. You may not copy, republish, distribute, alter, or exploit protected material without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms become effective when posted on this page, and continued use after posting means acceptance of the revision.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Minnesota Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
